PathFinders meet once per week with students to foster an environment of learning and tutor in their subject area of expertise. PathFinders also attend monthly meetings with their colleagues for training and to share insights and best practices.
Coordinators meet regularly with PathFinders, and Directors, to oversee the company goals and mission. For example, a campus coordinator would be responsible for planning University visits, fundraisers, and weekly/monthly learning objectives.
Directors have previous non-profit/start-up experience. Directors meet regularly with the PathFinder Global Board of Directors to oversee company expansion and philanthropic efforts.
